Always making sure guests have everything they need and taking the time out to learn your name. Find your respite in immaculate designer-appointed hotel accommodations with elegant interiors, 5-star amenities & sleek, marble bathrooms. Design of the room is very simple but very cosy. Everything is simple to operate. Room is nice, food is nice, friendly staff. Received 2 special heartwarming handwritten cards (with beautiful writing) from Housekeeping team. The design and atmosphere of the hotel were great, my parents enjoyed their stay. The bed and the pillows were the comfiest I’ve ever had. The feel is quite sophisticated, contemporary, creative but still warm and welcoming. It was creepy to see my reflection going off into infinity in the bathroom and mini bar area. The city-state is definitely one of the “easier” tourist cities in the region, and that would give us a much-needed opportunity to recharge after a series of long flights and adjust to the time zone.
