We had both called and emailed to request a microwave, but none in the room and were told by front desk that they were sorry but they had none. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hot tub was fabulous and made up for a lot of the shortcomings.If you can afford a more expensive room, maybe they will treat you better.Had a great stay here. Guest services was condescending and said that we did choose a Motel King and made it sound as if we shouldn't expect much. Bed was comfortable.
