They handle the guest and food service in an excellent way. They put a smile on our face every time we walked through.
So much so my wife kept the master toilet closed and only used the living room toilet which was better but still absolutely rancid. He greeted us every morning at Nama restaurant, had a great time chatting with him. The room assigned 137, this is absolutely NOT sea view.

In summary, -Paid for an ocean view suite, got the 1st floor had only garden view and very limited partial ocean view.

Own or manage this property? Basically we lost almost all day sitting in a lobby. Sport enthusiasts of all ages can get active through numerous recreational activities and a 24/7 fitness studio. We will 100% be back, CAN’T WAIT!!!! -beach loverly Overall, we had a bad experience, which started and escalated within a few hours they tried to make it up with some bubbles and Ballon’s but the fact they haven’t replied shows they really don’t care about the guest, or return customers. The service was amazing. The life guard then proceeded to watch over two infants whilst a mother took her third child to the lavatory, he then allowed a subsequent family to have a pool “noodle” in the pool. Hats off to the brilliant, lovely staff of Intercontinental, from servers to chefs to managers, everyone worked REALLY hard. The Resort's Kids & Teens Club provides junior guests aged 4 to 16 years old with unforgettable fun moments during their stay. Everything was well sanitized and clean. We will 100% be back, CAN’T WAIT!!!! The hotel was crowded, had lots of kids too but I must say even in COVID, it felt safe and normal, after a long time. From walking into the lobby, the resort is just a joy to look at. My greatest disappointment is that someone stole my sunglasses & beach hat from the table by the pool & unfortunately the team of the hotel cared less about it & didn’t work hard on searching for it or even showing me back any kind of sorry for what happened!!! -water fountains in kids pool U/S -berated by life guard for taking pool floaty into pool. (Below is email sent to manager) Dear Mr khayal, Recently myself wife and son stayed at your hotel establishment and after careful reflection and letting my frustrations subside I want to give you some feed back on our stay and your hotel. If I talk about the amenities I would have to be fair & say that it was nice, no big main pool but there was 2 different pools which is fine. Cradled between the magnificent Hajar Mountains and exquisite Aqah Beach, InterContinental® Fujairah Resort enjoys breathtaking panoramas of the turquoise Indian Ocean. -Gym outstanding & beautiful view -Breakfast very very good. We went to the Intercontinental Fujairah for a one night staycation from Dubai. Partial sea view at best and a complete mockery of the room type advertised it is garden Mountain View, and a huge disappointment from the second we walked in. The Junior suite “sea view” booked and expected, wheels began falling off the moment we arrived at the room. (Couldn’t actually get on to housekeeping using the one touch button as on many many occasions throughout the stay and no one answered the phone, called room service to put me through to housekeeping -Both bathroom toilet seats broken (photos attached) -tables around the pool were dirty entire stay.
