The story of five Cuban political prisoners who had been imprisoned by the United States since the late 1990s on charges of espionage and murder.
It stars Emile Hirsch, Kate Bosworth, Mel Gibson, David Zayas, Stephanie Cayo, Will Catlett, Swen Temmel, Tyler Jon Olsen, and Jorge Luis Ramos, and follows a gang of thieves in Puerto Rico who plan on executing a heist during a hurricane. Two couples rent a vacation home for what should be a celebratory weekend get-away. "Forces Of Nature" got my attention from the start and didn't let up until the end.

Force of Nature is an appliance that turns tap water, plus a capsule of salt, water, and vinegar into a multi-purpose natural cleaner and deodorizer as effective as bleach. In his 1998 review, Roger Ebert called the heist thriller Hard Rain “a documentary about wet actors at work.” This, and not much more, is what Force Of Nature offers as well. A former banker, his actress wife, and their spirited daughter book a vacation at an isolated modern home in the Welsh countryside where nothing is quite as it seems. Maura Tierney portrays his fiancee and she brought life to a character that was in the background. The film opens with a fistfight in the rain, two angry men bludgeoning each other while Mel Gibson tries to get a clean shot from the balcony above. It's very cheaply done.Keep track of everything you watch; tell your friends. Things don't go as planned.
