Three minutes after placing my order, I made one minor change and emailed it to them. A manager will be contacting you directly in an effort to fully resolve this order's issue. When you need customer service you have to navigate a gauntlet of auto attendant.

In my position, I have been using UPrinting for over a year now and they are great! Overcharge for shipping and only have ground option which does NOT get you what you need when you need it. The product was delivered and the images are much smaller than specified.

Bought them for indoor use but purchased the outdoor ink.

Charles spent 40 mins on the phone with me to edit my design for my business flyers and my order arrived 5 days earlier than expected and the flyers looks amazing! I love the live chat feature and that they always give you the option to request a proof. We will be directly contacting you to further investigate your magnets' quality issues. The business cards were incorrectly cut and the ink bleed. Share review.
No manager from Uprinting seems to want to get on the phone, the rep tells me the accounting dept would be the one to handle this issue but they don't come in till 12 p.m EVERYDAY. They have great packaging designers, graphics designers and high-quality printing materials including block printing and neon inks. Obviously Uprinting is making money on the shipping-wow. I ordered 4 separate business cards and was told I would have to pay $50 for each box to be shipped to the same address so, $200 in shipping.
I called, told them my mistake, then I paid an additional shipping cost of $13.99 to have it over nighted on April 10th. Thank you for your feedback about your order of business cards.
