I didn't really know how to handle kids at that age and it was a summer camp. I learned that I need patience in every task that I do. Every house is very different, different clients mean different care. Lack of support and management structure for program staff by middle management.This annual assessment program does not support the teaching and learning of students that lack the requisite skills and experiences necessary to be successful.Overall, LEAP is a good program, when i was younger i went there as a camper, which had allowed me to have a better chance at receiving a job there. Organizing, answering phone calls, and filing documents that weren't needed anymore for that day, or pulling documents needed for that day.I usually went to work, and ate breakfast with the children. We ate lunch then went home.
