One of my all time favorites it has everything about falling in love and staying in love, although it was a tough time for David the character Jade and him were meant for each other. very good story and a must for all teenagers to watch. It features a strong relationship and likable characters. Watching it now about 30 years later, I still think it was a well done movie but obviously the perspective as a viewer has changed. Cute movie, definitely had some Nicholas Sparks vibe to it. With Brooke Shields, Martin Hewitt, Shirley Knight, Don Murray. It's not quite your classic idol drama, but it's also not a true slice-of-life school/youth drama either. While the movie was massacred by the critics and grossed less than a few million. What I do know and can see was that both kids had parents that were not extremely engaged in their lives. Fast delivery, product was perfect, excellent film. This was a very old film and I saw it when I was very young. I used to watch romance movie all the time, feeling my life has been full of romance(s), just doesn't interest me in watching movies as such. The story line and film making were equally top notch! The actors were good. This movie also has two versions, here is the older version (1981) played by Brooke Shields. Good condition exactly as described, would recommend seller and would use again. Amazingly not a good as the more recent remake in my opinion, a muddier production, but worth a watch to compare. In this ballad, the singers declare their "endless love" for one another.
