TORRANCE, Calif., April 7, 2020 – As part of the City of Torrance's continuing efforts to address the rapidly evolving conditions of COVID-19, the Torrance Public Library will close book drops at all library locations on April 10, 2020, until further notice.Library patrons are encouraged to enjoy the materials they have in their possession while the Safer at Home order is in place and to explore the resources featured on the library's website .
