The home is very cute with a lot of quaint artwork and furniture. That is why I chose a company instead of an Airbnb or vrbo. Beachside Rentals was excellent to work with! The living room has a full size futon and a 32" TV. They are terrible and not trustworthy. If a regular checklist were employed, the office staff and owners would not need to find these out from customers who have to deal with them.

Super friendly, honest, and…" We offer a variety of Cayucos and Morro bay vacation and beach rentals, ranging from 1 bedroom beach cottages to 5 bedroom homes to fit extended families! There are 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, newer kitchen and We have used Beachside Rentals twice now and couldn't be happier.

This year, however, that house was unavailable due to renovation so we chose Laurie's House from Beachside Rentals. With regard to the vacation rental--we have lots of repeat business coming back to rent our place....if Beachside was not doing a great job, this would not be the case. When there is a maintenance issue, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Best of all, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck area and direct access stairway to the beach. The address of the home we rented was "the beach jewel #055 on Studio Drive in Cayucos, CA and it was the most beautiful ocean front beach house we've ever stayed in (we rent approx three beach houses a year for a five day stay). They took great care of us!I do see a negative comment on this site about Beachside and completely disagree; there are two sides to every story. This home features vintage knotty pine throughout, a small kitchen with an electric stove and oven and a full bathroom. They do a great job as property managers.
