Was the most gourmet and mouthwatering fried rice I've ever had. I've been here twice already and the food at Paju is on another level! The ribeye steak bulgogi and the fried rice dishes are both so delicious!!WOW!!

I recommend...Paju is a modern Korean restaurant that just opened and is hands down the best food I have ever had. There were definitely favorites, but no real misses. You really cant go wrong. This was on a regular ol' Tuesday and they don't take reservations, so plan accordingly. The pandemic quarantine has not only been an economic tsunami for the restaurant world, but it has been an onslaught to innovative cooking. How do chefs show their talent restricted to take out? The place is small with a very cool industrial...We nearly dismissed this because of the low number of reviews on TripAdvisor - until we realised it was because Pagu has just opened. I visited Paju twice during Fall last year. I've been to some other well-acclaimed modern Korean restaurants in the country, and I like Paju better than the one that's the most popular here in the US originating from NYC. Best Korean restaurant in Seattle? Paju is a cute fusion restaurant located in Lower Queen Anne. But the most surprising was the salad with Smoked Vinaigrette!

Had not been to the restaurant before. — Seattle’s original Viet-Cajun hot spot Crawfish King is offering one pound of crawfish free for orders on delivery apps such as GrubHub and Ubereats. The owner was kind enough to let me get all salmon instead of tuna. I might have tasted those restraints with my take out food from Paju.We have eaten at many Seattle restaurants, and this is definitely our favorite. McHugh's and completely unassuming, they are my new favorite standout place in lower Queen Anne. We came on a Friday and we're able to get a table after waiting for 15 min and towards the end if the night there were plenty of tables open.

"Came here by recommendation from a local friend. We have dined here before COVID-19 and have gotten take-out several times since COVID-19, and our taste buds are amazed every time. vegan options. It had flavor combinations I've never had before and was a subtly sweet, savory, and smooth end to a delicious dinner! My friend and I had plans to meet at 6pm for dinner but luckily both ended up being free and hungry around 5pm. Tucked away on Queen Anne Ave and Mercer St. small but amazing menu. Great dish, though it is a bit on the pricey side. The restaurant honors Korean traditional dishes but with a modern twist.

The Spicy Pork was amazing, and came with rice to soak up the sauce, even though it wasn't mentioned in the description. Bill Jeong and Chung Jeong, co-owners of Paju, have both been cooking for decades. The chef relocated back to Seattle leaving NYC where he was head chef at a restaurant with 2 Michelin Stars. So delicious and intriguing.
