A center staircase welcomes dolls into the home. It's so big and sturdy. But it has a plant, a patio chair, a bathroom sink, and a living room chair that the newer version doesn't have. It comes with a bracket to secure it from tipping but even at almost 50" high and just 13" or so deep, it would take quite a bit to tip it over because it is so sturdy.
