I suggest to anyone who considers this goes to hobby lobby and gets theirs for $200 way better quality and is ALL actual WOOD!!!! I had ready somewhere this house was flimsy- far from it. The person who wrote the manual should try following their own instructions and put it together. It is very high quality wood & board (unlike the plastic alternatives) & the furniture which come with it is wood also, again painted & varnished to a very high quality. The furniture is beautifully made. Decorated like a true southern mansion, this gorgeous house is sure to provide girls with hours of fun, imaginative play. Actually, it is perfect size for Barbie dolls. The house large enough for multiple children to play at once - making it ideal for siblings to play together. Our bright and cheerful KidKraft Annabelle dollhouse stands nearly four feet tall and offers three levels of fun, four spacious rooms and a balcony. Gliding elevator design Very dissappointed with this item,we bough this when prive was up,and we paid 149£, we thought it’s woodem but its a pressed paper,very bad quality and all colours going off easily,if i knew this when ordered would never buy this item,but it was pur daughter birthday and there was no time to send it back anymore,this is really overpriced item,i do not recommend it,dont waste your money on this,it doesn’t worth this price I will never wait to put something together again!
