Dress code. Only one person making the drinks. Really? In addition, we were forced to use Apple Pay as payment. Would definitely go back!We were there for oysters which my boyfriend and I saw on the online menu. They wrapped up our food and set us up at a table in the lobby. Able to order drinks and food right from our phone. Great outdoor location to watch sailboats and sunsets! I was having friends meet me in Newport from over an hour away to catch up over lunch. Service good.We have been here many times and had great experiences in the past. All in all fantastic time spent. The whole situation was very disappointing, and I really felt robbed of my money.
We had made a reservation back in June for the end of July and so glad we did as reservations for locales like this are hard to come by without planning ahead.
She wouldn’t walk up to the window and would stand by the cash register forcing me to literally scream behind my mask to place my order. Fries then came out cold.
I was so wrong. Again, I’m sure it’s fine if you’re looking for some fries and you’re a guest of the hotel, but other than that don’t botherThe view was gorgeous, the food was very good but we did not realize that there are no servers so we sat and waited for about 15 minutes. Having been to the Gurneys in Montauk, it’s still got a ways to go to meet that level of luxury. Love David"

I thought the Pineapple Club would be perfect as we would be right by the water. 1,320-square-foot Premier Suite offers breathtaking views of the Newport Bridge and Narragansett Bay.
Kind of a waste of time and money to go sit in plastic chairs and eat over priced kid menu food when there are so many other great options right downtown Newport. Staff was amazing we were the only ones there it started to rain a lot. The manager was nice, and promptly changed these. System was flawless. Martinis in plastic cupsNot a great experience or food. Must show AAA ID at time of arrival. The Seawater Spa's amenities are designed to cleanse, calm, beautify, and enhance overall well-being. $70 for a salad , sandwich and coke served out of cardboard boxes. All Rights Reserved. Slightly overpriced for a clear keg cup drink but I understand with it being during time of COVID. What a rip-off.
