She was reasonably good massaging down to the fingers/toes (not as good with hands/feet by far as the other two) as when she got to hands/feet all the sudden she would loosen up her hands and basically stop when it came to massaging the fingers and toe. But b/c (to me) this should have been a no brainer for a Director level massage therapist shocked I rec'd a 3.5 star massage? I scheduled just a haircut, but they offered a complimentary back rub and facial along with it.

It bothered me so much as I had to lay their for each time she got to subsequent hand and feet only to literally stop at base of finegers/toes? I'm a perfectionist, so me saying this doesn't come easy when it comes to my nails! She is really good with hair color. I would give the stylists 5 starts.

She tailored the facial to my skin needs, walked me through what she did and used on my face after it was done and was super nice. 986 Trinity Road, Raleigh, NC 27607 ... All Locations. Lastly, when she would go back for more "oil" I felt she left me too long..I could hear her banging around a bit and squirts here and there (which led me to believe she was obtaining more oil) but no touch or continued massage made me feel she as eating up time with nothing. Raleigh / Cary. Hi! Will return, but probably to Kenwood next time.This was my first time to the salon in West Chester, and it was wonderful. I was also able to take advantage of the locker room by showering after and they really go above and beyond with amenities as far as supplies for the shower and after.
