Great quality build with 174,000+ miles. it only take a sec to do and is not very expensive repair (about $150). The build quality of the interior, the chassis, this is a really strong truck! I have 170,000 miles and it's sill going strong.
My Trooper is great! And it's great in snowy or muddy conditions.
We bought this as our second Trooper because we loved the first one, a 96, and wanted a new one before Isuzu stopped making them. Superbly designed.Purchased the Trooper to drive back and forth in the snow belt between Erie, PA and Cleveland back in '98. It's also fun to drive and has great pickup. 5 stars. Other than that this suv will last you forever!
It's very comfortable and spacious with lots of room in the back for pretty much anything.

For the three years I have owned it, only oil changes and a set of front tires.
