They're renound for their IPAs but this beer is delicious.Do people not like their IPAs? This traditional German style Pilsner is crisp, clean and refreshing.Bright and fluffy we pounded this in the kettle and dry hop with the dankest Simcoe we could get our hands on and blended in some Mandarina Bavaria.
Notes of peach orchard, passionfruit, pineapple and dank citrus.We hopped this American IPA tenaciously with Citra and Sultana in the whirlpool and dry hop creating lush citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose. Intense hop flavors take center stage over bitterness. Dank tropical notes of citrus, grapefruit and papaya with undertones of pine define our favorite flying creature.Classic West Coast style "throwback" IPA is aggressively hopped (100+ IBU's) with Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. This light, pale, traditional German lager focuses on the delicate flavors of German malts and lager yeast.
I hope the festival returns next Spring because I hope to attend again.The variety of new beers I consumed and enjoyed in August was lower than the new beers in July. The barrels are Willett Rye and what an excellent blend of flavors – coffee, roasted malt, rye whiskey. That’s because it is a delicious, very balanced barrel-aged stout. We tweaked the grain bill a touch to prepare this 8% DIPA for a massive bombardment of Amarillo and Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe pellets during fermentation and followed it up with an even bigger hit of Amarillo and Mosaic pellets and Simoe Cryo post fermentation. The result is a hazy, juicebomb! Velvety smooth with distinct coffee and chocolate notes.Rich full bodied porter brewed with lactose and a plethora of roasted malts then conditioned on our brewers blend of locally roasted La Columbe coffee.A refreshing summer crusher conditioned on just the right amount of Mango and Strawberry for those subtle tropical vibes.Dank and Juicy New England Style India Pale Ale.
