Our Day 2 itinerary which we booked from Klook to visit the north east part of Taipei. Take note that cross-city rides usually don’t follow the meter, instead the taxi driver will quote a price.However, most taxi drivers (司機, si ji) do not speak english. The fastest is the Puyama Express that runs three times a day (10:25, 14:25 and 20:43) and takes just under two hours to get to Xincheng.

Secondly it sells out fast, especially on weekends. All you have to do is show your passport to staff at tourist offices (visitor information offices) at the airports and train stations to gain access to the free basic iTaiwan Wi-Fi service.
We used them several times and saved a lot of money. The room was clean and had the usual basic wet room style bathroom, hot water is only available in the evenings, I think it was from around 5pm - 11pm. You'll be rewarded with one of the best views of the beautiful island and on a clear day, you'll even get views of the mountainous spine of the city! Both places are really easy to get to with regular High Speed Trains servicing them from Taipei.
