From Boston to Memphis, the film entertains with panache and excitement. Glad I decided to watch it again. Well worth watching. Hackman comes across not so much as evil, as lost and corrupted. Tom Cruise is in classic form and the movie rolls out nicely and keeps your attention the entire time.

It was fun watching this movie with so many known and accomplished actors – Tom Cruise, Gene Hackman, Steven Hill, and so on – but the conversation toward the end where Cruise confronts certain people (I'm avoiding any sort of spoiler) seemed a little cheesy.
