The choir is managed by a committee elected by the membership. Owing to the current public health situation, North London Chorus has reluctantly decided to cancel the performance of Israel in Egypt on 21st March. Details of our event can be found below. We are singing Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle in the earlier version, scored for two pianos and harmonium, accompanied by the incredible Scott Brothers duo (Tom and Jonathan) on piano and harmonium, and supported by our regular accompanist, Catherine B The choir will also perform Verdi’s exquisite Ave Maria (from 4 pezzi sacri) along with his well-loved 'Va pensiero' from Nabucco, and the Scott Brothers will play a virtuosic arrangement of Rossini’s overture to Il barbiere di Siviglia.North London Chorus is looking for new singers, so if you're keen to keep singing or looking to pick it back up, get in touch! ), finances, events and publicity as well as providing strategic leadership on the direction of the choir and it's place in the wider Tottenham community.

We will keep situation under review and let you all know when we can return to a more normal state.Sadly, this means that our May 2021 concert in the Royal Festival Hall, celebrating the 70th birthday of our wonderful Choral and Musical Director Ron Corp, has had to be deferred.In the light of the Government restrictions on amateur choirs prohibiting any rehearsal or performance, Highgate Choral Society has decided to suspend all live choral activities but will recommence rehearsals on Zoom from Monday 7 September.
