While I completely understand the financial reasonings for merging with MAA & expanding your portfolio, I can promise you this, it is the worst mistake you could've made. Corporate office leadership extremely friendly and helpful.Some of on site PM and RPM are deceptive and only advance their friends with leadership opportunities when others are equally or more qualified.Corporate Office provides prompt support, HR, IT, Marketing, Revenue Dept etc. They have become family. We live on the 4th floor and it's not fun to climb 4 floors with groceries bags. They came back out a few more times and put this sealer stuff up which they could clearly see was not working. - training and growth opportunities- none that are out of the ordinary for the industryGreat benefits, organized company, feel appreciated by property manager, very helpful corporate office, company culture, employee stock plan, encourage team work,RVP and SVP tend to micromanage and are not very supportive, too involved in things they don't need to be like basic property issues, uniforms, very little sick time,The core values really set MAA apart from other companies. We tried calling the cooperate number and ended up getting a call from the same people that did this in the first place. I truly enjoy working for you guys.Merger with MAA. MAA takes its reputation and the concerns of its associates very seriously.
