This is the Convoy Financial Services company profile. - your network plays a huge part in your result, people are going to tell you that's not the case as you can make cold calls and join booth to make sales blah blah blah and they are not lying, but let's face it, if you have rich people in your network, you will get them sign a deal which equal to 10x or hecking 100x of what a normal deal would worth, and a lot of 'deal record breaker' in convoy could dominate you with only 1 deal (mostly employees from Mainland China, and if you watch the news, the mainlanders are flooding the insurance market with money right now and the Chinese government has to find ways to block this matter), not necessary a con to convoy, it is just how the industry works, so control your expectation before taking part in the industry.
