It's a great book, well written..the storyline is addictive..its like I have to see where this going. And thank goodness for that! What better way to follow the downfall of humanity than through a cyber western setting and Horsemen of the Apocalypse that are more than just their respective roles: War, Famine, Conquest, and Death. Dragotta's art is flawless and I don't have the book in front of me to give credit where it's due, but the inking and coloring are also wonderfully done. East of west is a great graphic novel which engulfs the reader into a pre apocalyptic world where chaos death and the four horsemen of the apocaplyse are roaming around. for seemingly skipping ahead through a very interesting and original plot, one that could have been developed a lot more over several books (you can see my review for more on that). I am a big fan of Image and their Deluxe HC. The characters are all and everything one would imagine, the story plot out of this world with a twist of the old west. This universe is also really cool.
