Dysfunctional is an understatement. If you're actually good at your job and are eager to learn, senior members of your team will make sure they set you up for failure
Rules include a throwback dress code and draconian sit-at-desk work hours. Bullies have all the power, the CEO plays favorites and the executive team is entrenched - they never leave (why should a bully leave a place they are praised?) Your boss will micromanage you and not trust you to do your work.To be fair, there are some talented, kind coworkers and some good, interesting clients.The degree of mismanagement at Havas Formula is frankly stunning. There is blatant favoritism within the departments. Employees are vastly overworked, underpaid, and there is a very high turnover rate. Also hire more senior level talent. I feel like the office was close-knit and I will miss it as I had to move for family reasons.Pay. [])) No accountability.
