When we arrived, we were greeted by the innkeeper who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us get settled. The room was small but adequate.Lovely spacious rooms with free parking, just 2 blocks from the beach. 5 stars: location is unbeatable, steps from the beach, just 5 minutes from State st. 5 stars: breakfast included, much better than your average free continental breakfast, and they deliver to room (during COVID) 5 stars: cheese and wine happy hour. Many rooms look out onto a nice patio with comfy seating.

!Large, long room (20ft x 13ft) with a King bed and Sitting Area. The trees around the room & the ceiling fan made it hard for me to breathe. Yes, pets are typically allowed, but it's always best to call ahead to confirm.
3 stars: Bed and pillows were just ok, nothing special, slightly uncomfortable, but not enough to not get a decent night's sleep. They are nicely priced, conveniently located and the staff was great!
